Hi, I’m Michael Gonci.
I studied Economics at the University of Florida, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. I’ve always been curious about how things work—especially when it comes to numbers, trends, and decision-making. I love working with data and uncovering the story behind it. Whether it’s tracking progress toward goals or helping a team make smarter decisions, I enjoy knowing the work I do makes a real impact.I’ve led projects analyzing sales trends, building dashboards to track performance, and developing pricing models that support strategic growth. I enjoy collaborating with others and asking the right questions to ensure what I’m building is truly useful. I listen carefully, work through problems thoughtfully, and communicate clearly along the way.To bring data to life, I use tools like Excel, Python, SQL, and Tableau—always with a focus on clarity and actionability. I cut through the noise to highlight what matters most, so others can understand and act with confidence.Outside of work, I’m always learning. Whether I’m improving my technical skills, diving deeper into economics, or staying active with things like pickleball, I’m constantly looking for ways to grow and contribute.
